5 August Covid-19 Update: Your Appointment and Surgery at AR Plastic Surgery

Things you can do to help keep our community safe:

  1. Please wear your mask whilst attending appointments in-rooms and Check-in via the  Check-in Qld App.
  2. Attend your appointment at your scheduled time.  If you arrive early please remain in our building foyer or your car until your scheduled appointment time.
  3. Please attend your appointment ALONE if possible.  We get it - it's nice to have a support person by your side, but bringing along friends, family and children to your appointment increases the number of people in our rooms and makes social distancing impossible for our team and other patients.
  4. Please make use of the washrooms located just outside our office on level 4 to wash your hands on arrival and departure.
  5. Apply hand sanitiser provided at our reception lounge on arrival and departure.
  6. Temperature - for your safety and the safety of our community, temperatures will be taken on arrival.
  7. Please follow government guidelines with respect to travel and isolation as this will also apply to your appointments and surgery.
  8. Vulnerable or at-risk patients may need to consider telehealth or online consultations.  You can find out more about online consultations here.
