AR Plastic Surgery Refund Policy
Appointments
Consultations
All consultations are non-refundable. It is also the policy of this Practice that should a patient fail to arrive or cancel their prepaid Aesthetic Consultation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, their consultation fee will be forfeited.
Surgery
In order to secure your surgery date a non-refundable deposit will be required. If surgery is cancelled by yourself the deposit amount will not be refunded, however, any additional amounts paid will be refunded to the patient. Once surgery is performed, fees are not refundable.
Skin care
In relation to skin care, specifically, Synergie skin care products, return of items can be discussed providing:
- If unable to attend clinic, photographic proof of irritation or reaction to a client’s skin will be required.
- Evidence of the product or packaging being defective or faulty
- There is more than 80% of product remaining.
