To our wonderful patients, we thank you all for trusting us in 2022 and wish you all a joyous holiday with family and friends.
Tis now the season for our team to also take some much-deserved rest, relaxation and reconnection with our nearest and dearest. To assist you during this period, please find some advice on how to connect during this time.
Office Hours
Our office will be closed on ALL public holidays and open for scheduled post-operative appointments from 9 am-3 pm on days other than public holidays. Standard business operating hours will resume on Monday, 9 January 2023.
Our Registered Nurse will be in rooms caring for post-operative patients from 9 am-3 pm on days other than public holidays.
What if I experience a medical emergency?
For medical emergencies, please attend your nearest emergency department or call 000.
What should I do if I need non-urgent medical assistance during this time?
For enquiries that are non-urgent and relate to previous surgery, please review your written post-operative instructions in the first instance.
Public holidays: If your query is an emergency, present to your nearest emergency centre or call 000. Our practice nurse may be contacted for urgent post-operative advice on 0738703960.
On non-public holidays: please call our office on 0738703960 to discuss with our nurse on duty from 9 am-3 pm.
What if I have a scheduled post-operative appointment?
A registered nurse will be in attendance for scheduled post-operative appointments. Please make your way to Dr Cheng's rooms at Suite 50, Level 4 Wesley Medical Centre, at your scheduled appointment time, being mindful of the recent Covid-19 precautions, including mask-wearing in our rooms at all times. Please do not attend if you are unwell.
What if my Plastic surgeon Surgeon is away during this time?
Dr Cheng and Dr Chauhan will be taking annual leave over this period and have arranged suitable cover in their absence. Please contact our nursing team during business hours for further assistance.
What if I want to book an appointment or ask about a procedure?
Thankyou for your patience while our team takes a short break. Our team would love to talk on our return on Monday 9 January 2023.
