Breast Implant revision surgery can be complex particularly when it involves previous treatment for breast cancer. In this video my patient had previous breast augmentation surgery performed elsewhere 12 years ago. Fast forward 9 years and unfortunately she developed breast cancer requiring lumpectomy and radiation to the left breast. As a result of cancer treatment my patient developed breast asymmetry and capsular contracture which I revised with removal and replacement of breast implants, enbloc capsulectomy and further release of contracted scar tissue.
